Our clubhouse is available all year long and is a great place to throw your next birthday party or conduct your next meeting.
A $55.00 non-refundable rental fee along with a $500.00 deposit is required at the time you place your reservation. The full deposit will be returned provided the clubhouse is left without refuse, and there is no damage. Any repairs deemed necessary will be deducted from the deposit.
The hours you may rent the clubhouse are each and every day until 10:00PM. Large parties may be subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
Rental of the clubhouse does NOT include use of the pool or pool deck.

Clubhouse Use by Non-Profit Organizations
Following is the process for rental of the clubhouse at no charge to non-profit organizations:
- A maximum of three organizations a year.
- One meeting per month, per organization, Monday-Thursday.
- A signed contract by responsible party and deposit is required and will be held until the end of the contract period.
- At least 20% of the organization members must be Northridge Homeowners.
- Agreement is for one year and does not automatically roll over to following year.
